Assalammualaikum & hello,
Ceyh...semangat Olympic la sangat. Kat TV, banyak tunjuk live yang ada team Great Britain je, untuk yang team lain Ain selalu tengok live kat BBC's website. So, daripada first day Olympic start hari tu, I've been keeping up with:
1) Badminton.
Dato' Lee Chong Wei masuk final! Go Dato' Lee Chong Wei, goooooo!
Sebenarnya terlepas tengok live tadi tapi takpe nanti ada catch up.
Such an embarrassment though...on those women (Chinese women's team, South Korean women's team and Indonesian women's team) who were disqualified. Macam tak paham apa motif diorang main macam tak reti main? I smell something fishy, but oh well...
(Ehh dengar cerita, kalau ada Malaysian athletes yang dapat bawak balik gold medal, korang dapat free ice cream from Baskin Robbins ye? Woahhhhhh nak balik Malaysia la camni! haha)
2) Archery.
Memang semenjak dua menjak daripada sebelum Olympic start lagi, Ain dah suka archery. Kalau la ada archery class yang berdekatan, rasa macam nak join kot! huhu.
South Korea won for the women's team! Congrats to them. It was such a closed call though when they were competing for the gold medal along with the Japanese women's team. And South Korea dapat gold medal jugak for the men's individual. Power team South Korea ni main archery!
OH! Good job untuk Khairul Anuar Mohamad sebab kalahkan Larry Godfrey from team Great Britain~ :P
3) Gymnastics.
Sebenarnya, dari kecik lagi memang Ain minat gymnastic. Ceyh, dulu cita-cita nak jadi gymnast woii! hahaha. Sangat kagum tengok orang yang bole buat gymnastic! Kuat pon dah tentu kuat kan diorang...

4) Basketball.
Bila tengok team USA rasa macam tengok movie pon ada. Ye la, kat US kan diorang memang femes dengan basketball, banyak je movie-movie berkenaan dengan basketball (my favourite basketball movie had to be 'Coach Carter'). Pemain-pemain dia semua pon...woahhh, tinggi-tinggi dan besar-besar dan hebat-hebat.
Hari tu asyik China je leading in the all-time medal table but looks like United States has already taken their place as of today with 43 medals while China with 42 medals!
Tak sabar nak tengok more of the athletics event tomorrow! Event yang paling ramai tertunggu-tunggu nak tengok. Usain Bolt, the fastest man in the world. Agak-agak, dia dapat lagi ke keep the title or tetiba ada orang yang bole kalahkan dia this time? Hmmm we'll see eh~
